The lonely ice queen just wants to capture princes and marry them.
I saw a picture from one of the character designers from adventure time and it was the ice king...but a lady. I died of happiness and decided to draw from memory what I interpret the ice king (queen) to look like.
Also she's sad because she's lonely for princes.
